Oil and aroma or aromatherapy massage for slower, deeper relaxation on a table. Deep tissue or sports massage for specific muscle tension, lower back, shoulders or IT band. Lymphatic drainage massage for gentle rhythmic work that moves fluid and reduces heaviness. Relaxation massage when the goal is simply to switch off after a long day.
